I thought I’d seen it all.
Nope. I was wrong.
Ever hear of San Domenico School in San Anselmo, California? Neither had I. Until they decided to start removing Catholic statues and icons from the campus so they wouldn’t trigger people.
You can’t make this stuff up.
They’ve already removed the word “Catholic” from the mission statement. Sacraments are gone from the curriculum. And they’ve changed the logo, colors, and uniform to be “less Catholic.”
The Dominican Catholic School has been around for 167 years. But now they’re removing statues like that of the baby Jesus and Mary. They say it’s part of their “new strategic plan.” And of course they say it has “absolutely no connection” with the removal of other statues across the country.
So what’s this really all about? Let’s be real. Money.
Tuition for an incoming kindergarten student is $29,850. And school leaders say they don’t want to alienate people of other religions.
This lunacy is out of control.
Just last week, caretakers of one of Georgia’s oldest cemeteries said graves going back as far as 1758 were desecrated.
The graves were dug up. The uniform buried with a soldier was strewn on the ground. A toddler’s bones were spilled out of the casket.
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
But if course if you even ask these questions … you’re a Nazi.
But we owe it to history to not forget what Nazis actually did.
They burned books. Destroyed the businesses of Jewish people. Did everything they could to remove them – and their stories – from the history books. Silenced the opposition that came from them.
Is this the future of America? I hope not.
